Cleaning Fee
All stays include a $50.00 one-time cleaning fee for daily, weekly, and monthly reservations.
Reservation & Deposit Policy
No refunds on deposits, site rental, or early departures.
- 1-7 day RV and cabin reservations must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
- 8-28 day RV deposit: $200.00
- 8-28 day cabin deposit: $200.00
- Monthly RV deposit: $250.00
- Monthly cabin deposit: $500.00
- Deposits are applied to the stay at check-in, or if monthly, to the final electric bill.
- Deposit minus $100.00 will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days before arrival for stays of 8 days or more.
- If cancellation is made 30 days or less before arrival, no refund is given.
- Guests may change reservation dates one time and keep their deposit for up to 1 year to use.
- Guests may also roll their deposit to their next reservation.

We have made frequent trips to Majestic Oak Resort since 2017. The experience is consistently excellent. The entire staff is friendly and attentive to reasonable request. The park is always clean. We can see why the park is in high demand.
