What time is check-in/check-out?

Check in is 3pm and check out is at 11am. For late check-out or early check-in please call the office.

Where do I take my trash?

Trash can be put in our bins at the front of the park before the pickleball court.

Do you have laundry on site?

Yes, We have all brand-new machines that take cards or touch pay.

Is there a place to clean fish?

We do have a fish cleaning station by our pool house. Please dispose of all scales and fish bits in sealed bags in our dumpsters.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposit minus $50 can be refunded if the cancellation is more than 30 days from the arrival date. If cancellation is made 30 days or less of arrival date, no refund is given.

What happens if I have an emergency on a weekend or late at night?

What if I have a boat? Where do I park it?

We have limited overflow parking at the pickleball court, pool area, and office. Please call the office so we can accommodate you.

What type of coffee maker do you have in your cabins?

Our cabins have standard drip coffee makers. We provide filters and coffee cups so all you need to bring is your coffee of choice.

Is bedding included with the cabin rental?

Yes, we provide all sheets, pillows and blankets.

Do I need to bring soaps?

Your cabin rental includes dish soap, hand soap at each sink. We do NOT provide shampoo and conditioner or laundry detergent. Your rental should also include a disposable sponge and hand towels for each sink.

Are there cleaning supplies available?

Most of our cabins should have basic cleaning supplies and broom etc available for guests to use during your stay if you need to clean up some sort of spill or mess.

Do you allow dogs?

Our cabins are pet friendly. Please be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pets in the yard. Pets should NEVER be left unattended in the cabin if not in a kennel. Please be a good neighbor while you’re staying with us and keep your dog from roaming the neighborhood or barking excessively.

How well stocked is the kitchen?

All of our kitchens should have all you need to cook and server meals for the max occupancy of the cabin. Pots, pans, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, plates, cups, silverware etc.

Do you have sport equipment?

Yes, we do! We have Pickleball, Horseshoes, Washers Pool table, Darts, Cornhole.
