Reservation policy
No refunds on reservation fees, site rental, or early departures.
- 1–7 day RV and cabin reservations must be paid in full at booking.
- 8–28 day RV reservation fee: $200.
- 8–28 day cabin reservation fee: $200.
- Monthly RV reservation fee: $250.
- Monthly cabin reservation fee: $500.
- Fees apply to the stay at check-in, or for monthly stays, to the final electric bill.
- For stays of 8+ days, the fee minus $100 is refundable when cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
- No refund is given when cancelled 30 days or less before arrival.
- Dates may be changed once and held for up to one year.
- Reservation fees may be rolled to the next reservation.

Cleaning Fee
All stays include a $50.00 one-time cleaning fee for daily, weekly, and monthly reservation fees.

- Guests may change reservation dates one time and keep their reservation for up to 1 year to use.
- Guests may also roll their reservation fees to their next reservation.
